The NXTAR's Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifiers are designed with single and dual pump lasers that offer economical amplification for a wide range of applications. Used as an amplifier it can provide power at the transmitters and optical power compensation site. This module is ideal for today's highly dynamic networks and cost sensitive market. The EDFAs have many competitive features, including a compact package (100x125x20mm3), low price and low power consumption over a wide operating temperature range. A standard 25-pin electrical connector allows for easily electrical connectivity.
