The broadband light source of SLD-520 is designed for single or dual channels outputs, in which operating wavelength can be specified from 1250nm to 1650nm with total output power up to 20mW for each channel output. All units exhibit excellent spectrum and power stabilities. The stabilized SLD light sources are useful for all optical passive component-related measurements. The technique is ultra stability output power for changeful environment temperature. This broadband light source is especially useful applications in the passive optical networks (PON).
