Description
NXTAR TECHNOLOGIES, INC. has developed a series of ASE Broadband
Light Sources, including S, C, L and C+L-bands with total output
power from 13dBm to 20dBm. Different band combinations
(S, C, L and C+L) with different power levels and multi-output
options can be provided to meet different applications. All units
exhibit excellent spectrum and power stabilities. With an optical
spectrum analyzer, they allow direct spectrum characterization of
passive components, such as fiber bragg gratings, fiber-based
couplers, optical isolator, CWDM and DWDM devices. The heat sink
package type of module design are especially useful applications
in the passive optical networks (PON).
