About us
Nxtar technologies was created in 2002 as a subsidiary of Jung-Shing Wire Co. Ltd..
The team, led by Dr. Herman Lin and based in Tainan, Taiwan, started off creating innovative
fiber-optics based components and system solutions for various applications.
After years of research and testing, Nxtar utilized its core strength in
fiber-optics systems to venture into the fiber-optics based security systems, leakage sensors,
current sensors, and communication related components.
Nxtar currently employs over 40 employees and is still growing. With our increasing strength
in providing these total fiber optics solutions, we hope to become a global powerhouse in
fiber-optics systems.

SecuTech 2005 Award
NXTAR Security won the Award of SecuTech 2005
for best security technology products and innovation. The 20 experts of SecuTech and innumerable online
voters recognized NXTAR Security's product performance and judged NXTAR Security as the winner of the award.
